Lead Case Manager
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced staff member to join our organization. This role involves providing intensive, comprehensive, and culturally responsive services to our local community members within the Western New York Community.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of immigrant/refugee issues, along with experience providing services in mental health and substance use settings.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or related field.
3 years of experience working with diverse populations, specifically in the field of mental health and substance use. Management experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of the social impact of trauma, and the legal and social service systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), with a focus on cultural sensitivity and empathy. Interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Ability to effectively manage time and meet short deadlines, under pressure.
Enthusiasm for creating social change & passion for social justice.
Current valid driver’s license, and access to own transportation
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the programs and organizations.
Hours:
Full-time: 40 hours per week. Primarily 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary:
$50,000 per year
